Energy forecast for 2026

Here is the energy forecast for 2026, plus two stones of healing and serenity. I think we could all use a little of that right now.

When I sat down to consider 2026, I was presented with a vision from rose quartz, which asked to help with this energy forecast. In the vision, I stand on a high mesa. As I watch, a meteor streaks down from the sky. It strikes the plain below us and explodes. Animals of all kinds escape the fire by climbing up to join me on the mesa. We stand together, safe and undisturbed, as flames consume the plain below us.

The vision was both distressing and reassuring. I thought it was an odd thing to come through the stone of love, but if I've learned anything, it's that the stones are much, much more than we give them credit for.

So, with thanks to the Rose Quartz Consciousness, the guides, and the Andromedans*, here is the energy forecast for 2026, including two stones that help soothe anxiety. May you find peace in the coming year.

Hello, what can we expect from the energy of 2026?

Conflagration. Rebirth. A phoenix rising from the ashes. 2026 is about new beginnings. If you are interested in numerology, you may know that 2026 is a 1 year. The number 1 speaks of fresh starts, of stepping onto a new path. The ability to build something new is what 2026 brings to your world.

In 2026, you may see the final burning down of structures that do not serve you. It may take several months to clear the way. After all, 2025 was a year of momentous happenings, changes, and revelations. The energy of those happenings, changes, and revelations can’t be cleared instantly. And so, it may take until the summer of 2026 to really get the engine of the year revving. But we promise you that that is what the energy supports.

Thank you. Is there anything special we should look for?

Look for collaboration among people who previously disagreed. The time for petty disputes is over. Watch those people who in the past have been dogmatic about their positions. This year, they may begin a journey to the center. You may see them realize that these structures they wanted so much do not work in practice. This change of heart creates space for a conversation about how to go forward. To paraphrase Doctor Who, everybody can now do what they were always going to have to do from the very beginning: Sit down and talk!**

Are you saying that we will have less polarity in 2026?

We are saying that the pendulum has swung as far out as it's going to swing. It now must begin swinging back toward center. This is the cycle you are entering in 2026. Just know that it may take several months for you to feel the change. Expect a time of continued revelation and implosion before real change can begin to take place.

What does this energy mean for our personal lives?

2025 was a year of shedding your skin. It was a year of lightening up, of leaving behind those things you no longer need. Now, you are ready for something new. And so, 2026 is a year in which you may find yourself exploring, experimenting, and finding new ways of inhabiting your space in the world.

Can you tell me why rose quartz is helping with this forecast?

There is more light in your energetic environment—and more love, for light and love are the same—than has been available for millennia. Rose quartz is the crystal embodiment of complete, unconditional, disinterested love. This is the energy that will carry you through 2026. Love for your fellow humans, love for your planet, and love for all beings that share your planet.

We use the word "disinterested" because we want you to understand that love require nothing from the person or thing being loved. Love is the acknowledgement of another’s beingness and sovereignty. Love allows the full complexity of the other’s being, without expectation or reward. This is the energy of love that we wish you to practice in 2026.

You may not see this in your everyday life, but we can tell you the energy of this desire is thick in your energetic atmosphere. And with that kind of strength, it will not be denied. So, take heart, friends. This holiday season may yet provide a reason to rejoice.
