Do you ever have visions you can't interpret? This morning, I meditated on the energy of July. When I looked at the energy of the month, I saw an explosion. Then a being leaped down from above, followed a beat later by a second being. Both beings hit the ground with a thud. Both were a curious mix of solid rock and moving plates. (Imagine one of the Transformers, but made of rock rather than metal.)

I asked the beings why they were there and in answer, they began stamping their huge, heavy feet. The ground shook below me. That was the end of my vision, but my guess is that July will be quite a month.

Hello, what can we expect from the energy of July?

Chaos. Destruction. Renewal. These are the energies of July. There are trials to come, but through them, great healing can take place. July is a crucible. The fire tests, and the steel emerges strong, refined, ready to be shaped and forged.

We say this, but we remind you that your energy and the energy of the planet meld together to shape what is to come. The trials may be small, or they may be great, depending on your energy and timeline. Still, it is well to be prepared for surprises, and for change.

Fun times. Is there anything special we should look for?

The potential is there for an explosive occurrence, which may be nature-based or human-based. Regardless, it is an event that will tend to bring more people together. It is an event that may call to your empathy, to your feeling for your fellow creatures.

How will July's energy affect us in our personal lives?

In this month, you may feel unsettled. You may feel pressures on your pocketbook, on your understanding of the world, or on your well-being. And so, this is a month to hunker down. Stay small in your energy. Focus on home and family. Focus your energy on the things that sustain you, and you will sail through any troubles to come.

How can we manage the energy of July?

• Copper. One of nature's prime healing materials, copper helps the body heal itself. By regulating the flow of magnetic energy and electrical impulses running through the tissues, copper can reduce pain and help the body function more optimally.

• Lapis lazuli. As a stone of the blue ray, lapis calms your mind and helps you swim past resistance in your life. Lapis also helps you process things that have been suppressed, which can let you release trauma and harsh emotions.

• Rose quartz. This stone of unconditional love helps you to accept necessary changes with peace. Rose quartz is an exceptional ally in times of trauma and crisis. A stone for connecting with the overall human consciousness, rose quartz lets you see yourself and others from the heart.

• Carnelian. Carnelian lends courage and brings people together, so it is a powerful ally in difficult times. Turn to carnelian for motivation, endurance, leadership, and bravery.

Is there anything else you'd like us to know?

We know it is hard to be human. And we know this may not be easy, but do try to refrain from worrying. Instead, picture the world as you would like it to be. Keep that picture close. Build upon it. Shade in the details. Create as much excitement and pleasure in the possibility of that world as you are able. This may be one of the most important ways you can affect the outcome of whatever events take place this month.
